Thoughtful processing of what is happening to you and through you.

Humility – the journey to eudaimonia is a long and arduous path and you won’t always take the right path.

Excellence – in thoughts, actions, and attitude, the only things you have full control over.

Strength – both physical and emotional. Doing the right thing isn’t always easy.

Tenacity – there will be days where you will get tired and frustrated. Remember who you are and what you seek in life.

Open-mindedness – knowing that the way you do things isn’t necessarily the best way.

Intelligence – it will help you see the world for what it is, you for who you are and others as they are.

Courage – to do what is right for the right reason.

Generosity of mind and spirit, especially when it comes to how you deal with your mistakes and those of others.

Yearning – to grow, to learn, and to teach others the path that the Ancients trod.

Mastery of your emotions so that you move towards eudaimonia, not away from it.
