Thoughts on making Stoicism accessible
In Stoicism (not only in Stoicism, but in Stoicism certainly) knowledge means something different than it means in contemporary times.
Stoicism isn’t really about emotional management, but…
We cannot choose our limits in concerns to our physical fittess. Nor can we choose how oſten we fall victim to illness during our lives. Neither, finally, can we choose how or when we will die (suicide notwithstanding). However, we can always choose to do what we’re able to choose to do.

Can an atheist believe in a Stoic god?
Stoicism isn’t supernatural, it isn’t a religion, and what it asks you to think through is never anywhere near as strange as haunted houses, folkloric creatures, or higher planes of existence.
